Our cameras give people a reason to return to the coast every day. We will help them discover somewhere to stay when they decide to visit.
Your promotion includes a Coast Cams Stay listing, banner advertising, video advertising directing viewers to the Stay listings, social posts, Facebook Lives and newsletter coverage. Featured property positions rotate between participating properties.
Promotion is included through the end of 2027 and continues as part of your annual service. Individual booking results will vary.

Every property is reviewed before joining our Coast Cams Approved collection. We select accommodation we’re proud to put in front of our audience, then provide a premium website and promotion service to help it stand out.
We are starting with independently run properties in Dawlish, Dawlish Warren, Teignmouth and Dartmouth, close to the cameras that will help promote them.

This service is for well-reviewed holiday lets that meet the Coast Cams Approved standard. We consider your existing online ratings, guest feedback, photographs and property presentation before accepting your application.
Our focus is on individual holiday lets rather than large property portfolios. Every application is reviewed for location and fit before we invite you to pay a deposit.

Allow one month from your deposit. Once you are happy with your website, pay the remaining £999.75 and receive your training.

Your property photographs must be of a professional standard. You can supply your own suitable photographs, or ask Coast Cams to create them for you.
Video is optional, but we find a property tour really helps guests explore the rooms, understand the layout and get a feel for the space before they book. You can supply your own video or choose our professional video service. Coast Cams photography and video services are optional extras to the website package.
All photographs and videos you supply must be approved by Coast Cams before they are used on your website or in our promotions.

Your questions, answered.
Does Coast Cams charge commission on bookings?
No. Coast Cams earns its income from the setup and annual service fees, not a percentage of your bookings. Stripe processing fees still apply to online payments.
Can I keep my Airbnb and Booking.com listings?
Yes. Your own website gives guests another way to book. We set up availability connections for supported platforms and confirm the arrangements for your existing listings during setup.
What does the complimentary period cover?
Hosting, booking software, maintenance, support and Coast Cams promotion are included until 31 December 2027. If your site launches earlier, that extra time is included too.
What will I pay after 2027?
The annual fee is £995 per property sleeping up to four people, or £1,495 per property sleeping five or more. Both include hosting, booking software, maintenance, support and continued promotion.
Who owns the domain and website?
You own your domain name and website. If you stop the annual service, the website remains yours. You will need to arrange any hosting, software licences and services required to continue operating it.
How do I secure the half-price offer?
Apply first. If approved, we send you a payment link for the £999.75 deposit. The offer is for the first 10 approved customers who pay their deposit. The remaining £999.75 is payable once you are happy with the website.
Do I need to provide photographs and video?
Photographs must be of a professional standard. You can supply your own suitable photographs or book Coast Cams photography for £749.
Video is optional, but we find a property tour really helps guests explore the rooms, understand the layout and get a feel for the space before they book. You can supply your own video or book our professional video service for £749. Photography and video together cost £995.
All photographs and videos you supply must be approved by Coast Cams before they are used on your website or in our promotions.
How long will the website take?
Allow one month from receiving your deposit. We will need your property information and supplied media to prepare the site for your review.
Will my property always be featured?
Featured positions rotate between participating properties. Your package also includes your Stay listing and promotion across the agreed Coast Cams channels.
Can anyone buy this package?
No. This is an application-only premium service for suitable independent holiday lets in Dawlish, Dawlish Warren, Teignmouth and Dartmouth.
We only accept well-reviewed properties with high online guest ratings that meet the Coast Cams Approved standard. We consider your existing ratings, guest feedback, photographs, property presentation and location before accepting your application and inviting you to pay a deposit.
